In order to provide you with an accurate estimate, it is best to come to your location to assess the work to be performed. We ask that you schedule an appointment at your home or place of business at a time that is convenient for you. One of our friendly service technicians will make a thorough inspection of your carpets and rugs to determine the best process to use in cleaning your textiles. The technician will then take accurate measurements to provide you with a good faith estimate. A similar process will be followed for estimates on tile & grout work or any of our other excellent service offerings.

Please note: If you choose to receive an estimate over the phone, we will do our best to give you a rough estimate based on the information you provide to us. However it should be noted that we will still need to measure and inspect the area upon arrival at your location, and based on the findings of our service technician your cost may be above or below your phone estimate.
